Rekindle Support Australia provides holistic, needs-based support for current and former Australian Defence Force members. With a GP referral, appointments are bulk billed and available face to face across Sydney, or by telehealth and phone.
We can assist with DVA paperwork, household services and entitlements, income support, housing applications and psychosocial wellbeing planning—working alongside you, your advocate, family or GP to make life more comfortable.
Support that meets you where you are
Rekindle Support Australia provides respectful, veteran-centred support for current and ex-serving Australian Defence Force members. We match practical and psychosocial support to your needs, helping make everyday life more comfortable through face-to-face appointments in Sydney, telehealth or phone support.
Our qualified social worker has a Master’s-level social work background and five years’ experience supporting veterans, advocates and families. We can assist with DVA paperwork and claims alongside your advocate, household services and other entitlements, income supports including the Disability Support Pension, housing applications, homelessness support and broader wellbeing planning.
With a GP referral, services are bulk billed and provided at no cost to eligible veterans. Support is holistic, confidential and guided by what matters most to you.
Practical support for Veterans
Rekindle Support Australia provides flexible, needs-based support for current and ex-serving Australian Defence Force members. We work alongside you, your GP and advocate to address practical barriers, strengthen wellbeing and make everyday life more manageable.
Support is available face to face in Sydney, with telehealth and phone appointments also offered. All services are bulk billed and provided at no cost to Veterans with a GP referral.

Household Services and entitlements

In Sydney, Rekindle Support Australia offers respectful, needs-based support for current and ex-serving ADF members. We work alongside you to identify practical steps that can improve daily life and wellbeing.
Practical advocacy and paperwork
Work through DVA paperwork and claims with support from your advocate. We can also help you understand Household Services, other entitlements, and income supports that may be available. If you do not have an advocate, we can gladly set you up with one in your local area.
Telehealth and phone support
If meeting in person is not practical, support is also available by telehealth or phone. Services are bulk billed and provided at no cost to eligible veterans with a GP referral. If are unable to obtain a referral, we can help by contacting your GP.
Planning for a more comfortable life
Support can include housing applications, homelessness assistance, and psychosocial planning. We look at the whole picture and connect you with services that match your circumstances.

If you are a current or former Australian Defence Force member, family member, advocate or referring GP, use this form to enquire about support. Rekindle is predominantly available in Sydney and is exploring rural and coastal locations as demand develops; support is also available by telehealth or phone.
